James “Jim” Schultz went home to Jesus on February 20, 2021 at age 78. 

Jim was born to Ruth and A.G. Schultz on July 23, 1942 in Fargo, North Dakota. Jim worked with his hands his entire life as a master carpenter and plumber. He enjoyed using his skills to help family, friends, and the communities he lived in.

Jim met his wife Gail, in Carrington, North Dakota in high school and they married on October 20, 1961. Together they had six children: Bob, James...

Jim was born to Ruth and A.G. Schultz on July 23, 1942 in Fargo, North Dakota. Jim worked with his hands his entire life as a master carpenter and plumber. He enjoyed using his skills to help family, friends, and the communities he lived in.

Jim met his wife Gail, in Carrington, North Dakota in high school and they married on October 20, 1961. Together they had six children: Bob, James Scott, Mike, Mitch, Sis, and Donald Lynn.

Jim is survived by his wife, Gail; his four children and their spouses, Bob (Jeanne), Mitch (Lani), Mike (Nancy), and Sis (Chad); his sisters, Karen and Patty; and his beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his infant sons, James Scott and Donald Lynn; parents; and brothers, Gary and Mike.

Jim will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

A private family service will be held on February 26, 2021 to celebrate Jim’s life.
